Assistant Site Manager
Support the successful delivery of major industrial projects in the U.S. through site coordination, operations support, HSE, quality, logistics and client interface.
The role
A6TEC Technical Services Inc. is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in Mobile, Alabama and the surrounding area. The role supports daily site operations and logistics, coordinates subcontractors, supervisors and project teams, tracks work packages, manpower, work fronts and priorities, manages reports, permits, inspections, drawings and meeting minutes, supports HSE follow-up and safety audits, follows quality, punch lists and corrective actions, supports mobilization, onboarding, workforce administration and training, and liaises with client representatives to help resolve site issues. The profile should bring experience in industrial construction, steel, energy, manufacturing or major project environments, with previous site coordination, supervision or project execution experience, a hands-on and organized mindset, and strong communication skills.
